MY STORY

With over 8 years of experience, I am a fully trained and certified Sports Massage and Reflexology therapist, specializing in maternity and fertility Reflexology to Level 3. I am fully insured and registered with the Association of Reflexologists (AOR).

 

Throughout my career, I’ve worked across various settings in the UK, including Neal’s Yard Remedies, Birch private members' spa, Yoga on the Lane, Botany, wellness areas at festivals, and private clinics in both London and Penzance, Cornwall. My approach to Massage and Reflexology is centered on creating a healing, relaxing, and restorative experience for my clients.

 

My background in Sports Massage equips me with the skills to address muscle tension, promote pain relief, and encourage ease of movement and overall wellbeing. 

 

I also offer pre-conception Reflexology, supporting both males and females on their journey to parenthood. I work alongside couples and those undergoing fertility treatments, providing support throughout the process and into pregnancy. My practice continues through the birthing experience, offering a comforting and supportive presence.
