Service Description
Reflexology is a Holistic Therapy that focuses on applying pressure with the fingers and thumbs to different points on the feet which are thought to correspond to different systems throughout the body. Its main purpose is to help the body self heal and return to a state of homeostasis by inducing deep relaxation. When the body is relaxed, healing can take place and the body’s systems can function normally.
